• How to Place an Order?

• Why do I need a valid Prescription?

  A valid prescription is very important for every order of contact lenses. In fact glasses as well.  It can be obtained from either the Optician, Optometrist or even Ophthalmologist. This is because Contact Lenses and Glasses enable you to see well. Without a valid prescription can harm your eyes and quality of life.
  
  You can email your prescription after making your purchase and we will do verification.
  
  

• How soon can I receive my delivery?

  Delivery of contact lenses upon confirming of a valid prescription will usually takes 5 to 7 working days* on average. Should there be any delays, you will be promptly notified beforehand and informed once ready. 
  
  *some multi-focal, astigmatism or plus power lenses will take slightly more days.
  
  

• Returns and Exchanges

  If you feel that the lenses are not comfortable on your eyes, you have to inform Lenscottage within 14 days from the date of shipment. Returned items must be in original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns if you have opened the packaging even if the item was incorrectly sent. This is due to hygiene concern. You will however bear the shipping fee back to Lenscottage. It's your responsibility to bear the consequences of any lost package back to Lenscottage. After receiving, we will investigate and find the best suitable lenses for you. For exchange of the lenses, you will be invoiced for regular shipping fees and any other price differential incurred. Exchanged items will be despatched 5 business days after receiving payment.
