Delayed shipping with no communication

First time i ordered they were delivered within a few days. Second time i ordered product still did not arrive after 2 weeks so i had to drop them a whatsapp. They replied saying it would be delivered within a week. it was not. again no communication about delay. in the end it took more than a month from product to arrive.
